The LDR App is developed on a Member Management and Points System (MMPS) that helps individuals succeed in the organization throughout the member journey and aids the organization in achieving its mission.

RECRUITS

Students seeking to join an organization can quickly search though the LDR app's hundreds of campus orgs. Each organization has a contact profile page with star rankings and category filters to showcase how they add to the student's leadership experience.

MEMBERS

Students that have joined an organization use an the LDR app's automated RSVP system, calendar of events, and chat channels to stay engaged. The gamefied achievement points with levels, badges & trophies and leaderboards make volunteering fun.

LEADERS

Students in an org's leadership position are empowered through the LDR app's Chapter Health Key Performance Indicators to track year over year activity improvements. The State of the Chapter Scorecard offers insights into under performing activities and how to fix them.
